3rd Expo - Footloose Run

Last chance to collect your kit (which has a pair of running shoes) well before the race day. Although, it’s not mandatory to wear the same pair of shoes on race day i.e. 15th July. Participants who will miss this expo should collect their kit in last expo on 14th July, positively. Shoes distribution will not be done on race day. The expo venue is a temporary venue where we will be distributing kit between 12:00 noon & 4PM

Those who registered early but could not collect their kit in first expo, can do so now.

Venue for Expo
# 57, First Floor, Udyog Vihar, Phase 1 (Near Punjab National Bank), Gurgaon. If you are coming from Shankar Chowk into Udyog Vihar (Trident on your left), take 6th right cut (called Ram Chowk) then 2nd left and again 2nd left. Passing by T10 Sports building you reach number 57.

Duration of Expo- 12:00 noon & 4PM
You may authorize someone to collect the shoes on your behalf.
You will be given size which you have mentioned while registration.
There will be no exchange or choice of colours.
Race day guidelines will be mailed separately in first week of July.

# While in expo, buy a T10 Sports t-shirt of your choice and get your name printed on it for free, that too on the spot.

On the Run Instructions
Participants are not allowed to keep any timing device, Mobile, Music & Headphones with them during the run.
Don’t ask this question from anyone- What’s the time? (you will be disqualified)
Don’t force timing guys to tell you the timing splits during the run or just after the finish, your results will be sent by SMS in couple of hours.

Tips for running gadget free on race day
Practice for next 4 weeks without these gadgets or minimise the use.
Try maintaining your pace with ‘Rhythm of Breathing’ which means slow down when you become breathless and pick the pace when you start breathing normally.
Keep sipping water/ energy drink at regular intervals
